I remember back when I first got started in my home business. I was looking for a good leader to join that would have the skills to coach me towards success in Network Marketing.
I really felt that if I found someone that was living the life that I wanted to live, that they could show me HOW to get there.
Success leaves clues right!?
After a divorce with my ex I had to give up my position with my first network marketing company (we won't go into the crazy details here) and basically I had to start from a scratch.
I started doing research on what I wanted to promote next and what held the credibility to stamp my name to, then I researched leaders that were making it happen in that company.
Being that I had some experience in the industry, I knew that if I wanted free one one time with a leader that I'd have to QUALIFY for it.
Just because we join a team doesn't mean that we get to suck the time out of our leadership.
We have to earn it! (I learned this fast)
So how do you earn this time?
Well…..
You ACT like the leader you're aspiring to be,
You do what your leadership says,
You show up and apply yourself,
You make the sacrifices and commitments necessary to ‘make it happen'
And YOU PRODUCE!
Now obviously I'm talking to the people that want to create massive success in Network Marketing but this is the truth.
I took the training that was given to me by my leadership and I put it into action.
Action = Results
This is a picture of some our team at the last live event we attended. We had the most people we've ever had in attendance because we put into ACTION what we knew and that generated an amazing Result!
My man Cesar Rodriguez says if you're not getting the results you want in your business its because of one of two reasons:
You're not doing something right or
You're not doing something enough.
Notice how this has nothing to do with your leadership?
Most of us fall in the second category if we're being honest with ourselves.
If you're leadership is investing time and energy into you, there has to be some ACTION that you take.
It's a 2 way street, kinda like a romantic relationship.
And what happens to a romantic relationship when one person feels they're putting in more than the other?
They kinda feel taken advantage of right?
Same goes for relationships in Network marketing!
So the absolute best way to get free coaching from your leadership is to PRODUCE.
A producing team member will get as much of my time as they want or need!
Why? Because I know my time is valued.
I want to be clear in mentioning that everyone on my team is loved and it does take some time for the producers to blossom but if the effort and attendance is there, we're running closely together.
So something to think about as you travel your Journey and Create Success in Network Marketing:
Qualify for your leader’s time, take what you learn and APPLY IT
If your leadership suggests you be at the next live event, get your ticket and bring people.
If your leadership suggests you make a few sacrifices and commitments, do it.
The beauty of this industry is that if you push hard for a couple years you can live a life that most people only dream about.
If you have leader who have created success in Network Marketing, put their coaching into action and prove to them that you're worth every ounce of their time.
That is the best way to get free coaching and one on one time with an expert that could easily charge $1000 plus per hour.
Success leaves clues.
