No more wasted time on people who aren’t serious about what I have to offer.
I mean, who wants to be in front of their computer or phone 24 hours a day in their business?
I don’t… and neither do you!

How I Use Online Marketing To Attract New Customers & Teammates – Episode 216

This week, I put together a really cool map for you to follow and use in your business called The Internet Marketing Map for Network Marketers that will help you learn how to build your network marketing business online and create passive marketing strategies so that people can reach out to you about your business, service or products.
Alright so I’m not only going to talk about my business model, I’m gonna show you how it all works.
But first, I want to share with you the things that I was doing that were not working.
Online Marketing: What NOT To Do and Post on Social Media
We’re all told to post on social media to attract interest and then turn those likes and comments into conversations.
But back then, what I was posting was all the wrong things on social media:
-I was always like “hey, buy my stuff” on social media
-I was also using the name of the business and products
-I was doing mass emails
When I was sharing links to my network marketing company website, no one was buying and in fact, I was losing followers on social media.
People were getting tired of seeing all those promotional stuff, and I realized those weren’t working,
I found out very quickly that when you post unsolicited information, the first thing people do is go to Google and find reviews about it.
I was completely giving up control of my marketing process because I was posting the wrong things.
And even worse, I was giving away my people to Google and other competitors.
That’s what led me on the journey on how to position myself and do this right.
Online Marketing Step # 1: Share value-driven posts
Did you know that there’s a ton of people on Google, Youtube, and even Facebook everyday searching for things?
If you post the right things, you can get in front of the people who are already looking for what you have and are already interested.
Then you can turn them into leads, and warm up those leads and turn them into buyers.
So now, instead of me posting “buy my stuff”, I post value-driven posts based on the benefits of what my product or service provides to people.
For example, if I’m selling a weight-loss system, I’m going to post everything and anything around losing weight: tips, tricks, education, or entertainment about losing weight.
If somebody looks at that post, and if they’re interested in losing weight, then they’re gonna see you as a person of value and click on your post to learn more.
Online Marketing Step # 2: Lead them to your blog
When I post a value-driven post on social media, I typically have that post go to my blog.
I love having a blog in place as an asset to my business because what my blog does for me is it provides a tremendous amount of authority and credibility.
Even if you’ve created no success before, if you have a blog or website, people automatically view you as a credible expert.
So, when they click on my social media, they go to my blog where I give even more value, and where I have to call-to-action for them to reach out to me.
If they’re interested in my post, they’re gonna take action.
The law of reciprocity is in order here because they got value from me first before buying something!
People only buy something that they feel can help them and can add value in their lives.
My blog helps me to lead with value and build my email list for other promotions that come down the pipeline.
Online Marketing Step # 3: Connecting with Your Customers
Now, because I have my blog in place and because I’m leading with value instead of just trying to sell people things all the time, when I connect with my leads, the conversation goes differently.
People are so excited to hear from me!
Selling your product and enrolling people into your business becomes infinitely easier than if you didn’t have a blog working for you.
That’s why everything I do on social media leads back to my blog, which I own and control.

Online Marketing – In Closing
Before, when I just started my network marketing business, it was my only source of income.
After starting my blog, I started to learn about the other things I can be affiliated with that will serve my brand and my audience congruently and I added additional income streams.
Currently, I have around 19-21 income streams!
This is definitely better than one, right?
