I’m so excited to have had the pleasure of interviewing one of my besties, Kate McShea.
I met Kate a couple years ago at a network marketing event and we immediately became good friends.
Kate was a primary school teacher before starting her career as an entrepreneur and has a gift for teaching things in a way that are simple and easy to understand and I love that about her because I’m all about simple 😉
Kate got serious about her network marketing business in 2012 and was really hungry and coachable and determined to do whatever she had to do to make it work.
Because she was coachable, her strategies included putting yellow sticky notes on gas stations and hoping people would call her, prospecting at malls, coffee shops and everything else she was told to do. (we have a good chuckle every time we remember the beginnings of our network marketing careers)
While she doesn’t regret doing any of the old school methods when she started her business, she did, however, encounter a very big challenge that led her to find a way to overcome it.
She started documenting the time she was spending on the activities and the goals that she had for her business.
And the math just didn’t add up. She realized there
She realized there weren't enough hours in a day to connect with the number of people she needed to connect with in order to reach her income goals in her business.
At least not the way she was being taught to build her business.
So Kate and her husband got busy with figuring out how to crack the code on working LESS while exposing their business to the same or even MORE amount of people than they were already doing.
TIME FREEDOM was their mission and goal and they figured it out and now she’s really passionate about helping other business owners do the same in their business.
