Network Marketing Training - How To Get Someone Interested In Your Business, Even If They Already Love What They Do

In this episode, I’ll be sharing my best network marketing training so that you’ll know what to say to people who are already happy with what they’re doing or with the products and services they’re using.

One of the most overlooked group of people to prospect are those who are already happy with what they are doing.

And I’m sure you’d agree…

That a person who is unhappy with their current situation is easier to prospect than someone who’s content with where they’re at.

Is it even possible to get these people to look at your products or business with an open mind?

That’s what we’re talking about in this episode of Tanya Aliza TV. Click play below to watch this week’s episode and learn how to generate some interest from the people who are happy with their current situation.

This week, since we’re talking about approaching people who already love what they’re doing, I put a script together for you called What To Say To A Professional To Look At What You’ve GotThese scripts will help you know what to say to people you know would be great customers or even business partners but really love what they do and aren’t open to looking at anything else.

I've been in network marketing since 2010 and I've done my fair share of prospecting and I've prospected many different types of people.

They generally fall into two groups:

• Those who love what they do and would never entertain anything different
• Those who don’t like (or hate) what they do and would love a way out

You’re going to find less resistance from those who don’t like what they do.

However, a lot of the people that already love what they're doing can be great people to have in your business, as customers or as someone who refers people to you.

There’s a way to get these people to have an open mind about what you offer and I’ll be showing you how in just a second…

The beauty of network marketing is that it’s driven by the products.

Most people who start a business in network marketing will fall in love with the products and remain as loyal customers even if they never do anything with the business and that’s okay.

A customer is a valuable asset to your business.

And a happy customer will be more open to refer someone to you or share the products with other people.

Network Marketing Training - How to get your foot in the door

The most effective way to approach someone who’s already in a business they love is to approach them with the product and downplay the business.

This is the most powerful thing I’ve done for my business and I’ve built a large customer base this way.

Clearly, if you’re already aware that someone is happy with what they’re doing and you approach them with your business anyway, you’ll come across as a weirdo.

And you don’t want that…

But these people can be your best customers.

Here’s how…

Approach them by first complimenting them on what they do in their profession or business.

People are more likely to be open to what you have to say when you give them a sincere compliment.

If you approach them with an attitude of looking down on their products or business, they’ll never be open to what you have to offer.

Truth is, we need doctors, lawyers and teachers. Not everyone should or can be a part of your business, but they can definitely be a loyal customer.

Network Marketing Training - Never call anyone’s baby ugly…

So, let’s say you’re talking to a doctor or any professional for that matter…

And you approach them by telling them what a horrible job they have because they have to be on call 24/7. And then you continue to tell them that there is a better way.

At that point, you’ve literally lost them…

Don’t ever, downplay or discredit someone’s business, products or services.

It doesn’t matter what you think or feel about it.

Always compliment people for their service and dedication in what they do.

They’ll, in turn, be open to looking at your products or business and how it could fit their needs.

If you have a story you can share with someone whom they can relate to, then use that as a way to generate interest on their part. Stories are a powerful way for people to be able to relate to how a product or service can help them without feeling sold.

Network Marketing Training - In Closing

Don’t overlook people just because they are happy with what they’re doing.

They can become your best customers and refer more people to your business, products or services. And always show respect for what others are doing, never discredit them for what position or business they’ve decided to pursue.
