Can Introverts Be Successful In Network Marketing & Sales?
This is a question I asked myself a few years ago when I first started my business.
I remember being at an event and seeing all these top earners getting awards on stage and speaking and I thought to myself...
"All top earners are Extroverts and I’m not an extrovert…How in the world am I going to become a top earner myself?"
Well, believe it or not, I’m an introvert…and a Top Earner!
So yes…you can be an introvert and a top earner.
In this episode of Tanya Aliza TV, I’m going to share with you how YOU too can become a top earner, even if you’re an introvert and don’t really want to be surrounded or talking to people all day long.

This might come as a surprise to you but I myself am a total introvert…I get my energy from being alone…not from being surrounded by people.
I’ve learned a couple of things to help me turn on the extrovert in me when I need to and use my Introverted personality as a strength instead of weakness.
As a matter of fact, introverts have several strengths that are extremely helpful in business.
With that in mind, there are many ways to use your own personality as a strength instead of weakness and this doesn’t need to hold you back from becoming a top earner yourself.
Introverts are not what most people think. It’s not the same as chronic shyness, which is about fear of other people and their judgments.
Introverts recharge from they're alone time and being around crowds and large groups can deplete them of their energy. They typically do really well in one on one settings but feel drained from being around crowds or large groups.
Extroverts, on the other hand, feel energized or recharged by being in social settings.
You can probably spot extroverts and introverts in your own life (including yourself) with ease.
Being successful doesn’t necessarily mean that you need to be an extrovert.
There are many introverts out there who are highly successful in network marketing.
A lot of the people you see up on stage and making it happen in business aren’t necessarily extroverts.
What successful introverts learn to do is bring out the "extroverted" in them in social situations when they need to.
So, the good news here is that you don’t have to turn into an extrovert to be a top earner. You just need to learn to bring it out when whenever you need to.
Introverts aren't against forming social relationships, they just prefer a lower quantity of higher-quality relationships.
Accordingly, they may be better at building and maintaining a tight-knit group of followers and teammates.
And because building a business is all about relationships we can turn this gift into an asset that will work for us in our business.
It’s in there somewhere and can come out and play whenever you tell it to.
Actually, we all have an extroverted side.
We just need to learn how to tap into that side and let it shine when we need it to.
Not because we don’t like being around people but people we don’t draw our energy from being around people.
However, this is something that is achieved with practice and has been done by many successful entrepreneurs, as a large majority of them are introverts.
Here’s why I LOVE network marketing.
If you feel you’re super introverted and you need some extroverts on your team, you can just recruit an extrovert.
The beauty of network marketing is that it’s made up of all types of personalities and it flourishes this way.
So go out there and get an extrovert excited about your business, enroll them, and BOOM…let them do their thing.
The great thing about being an entrepreneur is that…you can create your prospecting processes exactly how you want to.
So, if certain things drain you, you can put things in place in your business so you can feel better about them.
For me, I had to find a way to prospect that didn’t leave me feeling drained and gave me more time to be creative and have more time to help people which is what I enjoy doing.
