I can’t emphasize enough the importance of staying organized when you're putting people through the prospecting process.
If your time is as limited as mine was when I first started in Network Marketing, then you can’t afford to waste time trying to figure out where your prospects are in the sales process.
It’s so easy to lose track of prospects when you start to move more and more people through the sales process.
That’s why it’s important to have a lead tracking tool that helps you see, if a prospect needs to be followed up with or if they need to be crossed off the list.
Either way, if you don’t have a network marketing tracking sheet…some prospects will fall through the cracks and you’ll lose momentum and sales.
In the last 10 years, I’ve come across A LOT of fancy lead tracking tools, software, and Apps that can help with keeping your leads and prospects organized, as you’re putting them through your sales process.
However, I’m a big believer in keeping things super SIMPLE so you can move fast in your business.
So I use a very simple Google Sheet and I divide it into just 2 columns…
I know I know…you were expecting something super fancy right?
Nope. I told you I like to keep things super simple.
Yes…I’ve used the fancy expensive tools and software and quite honestly this has been my favorite way to keep my prospects and the entire sales process organized.
My network marketing tracking sheet has been the easiest and best system to help keep my prospects organized.
And I did it with a simple Google Sheet.
Here’s why I love and prefer to use a simple Google sheet…
- It’s FREE
- Easy to use
- I can sync it with all my devices
- I can access it while I’m on the go
- I can easily share it with other people on my team
So one of the coolest features of using a Google Sheet is that it syncs across all my devices.
So let’s say I’m working out of a coffee shop or anywhere outside of my home…I can just pull out my phone and access my Google sheet while on the go.
Super convenient.
I can also share it with anyone on my team that’s helping me reach out to my prospects.
