I recently got back from speaking at a really cool marketing event in Anaheim, California and I talked about the power of video and how it’s helped me grow my business to where it is today.
Most people go running for the hills when I tell them they need to do video to grow their business.
And I get it…most people hate the way they look or sound on video or they’re just simply uncomfortable with seeing themselves on video.
But in this day and age it’s more important than ever to get on video to market your business.
However, most people think I do video because I’m a natural at it or I’m super comfortable being on video.
Well that wasn’t always the case.
As you’ll see in the video clips I’ve included in the video that goes with this episode…I wasn’t always good on video.
I share several of my very first video clips I ever did (when I first got started and sucked), as well as some video marketing tips to help you get really good with doing video.
And I still think I’m a work in progress…I know a lot of people who are way better than me on video.
But for me it’s all about showing up for my people and giving value.

Starting video is really all about making the decision to show up consistently for your people and making it all about helping them.
All you need to do is get started.
I promise you that if you start and keep going, you’ll get better with every video that you do.
When you see the results you start to get from doing videos…you won’t think having camera in front of you is such a big deal anymore.
