Your elevator pitch tells a powerful story
Sharing a story is hands down the best way to get people interested in what you do or sell.
Your prospects do not care about:
✔The 19 miracle ingredients in your product
✔Your CEO earning a Ernst & Young award
✔Your company being on the Inc 500 list
Let’s just face it…
You might be excited about all these things but your prospects?…not so much!
What your prospect DOES care about is:
If your product or business will work for THEM!
And that’s it.
And the best way to satisfy this need your prospect has…is through a POWER story.

I’m now going to share with you some of the elements and tips that she shares in the book that will help you craft an elevator pitch or story that leaves people wanting to hear more.
Here are the 4 key elements to crafting a powerful elevator pitch
- Who are you?
- What’s happened in your life that has caused you to look for something more
- How you heard about your company & why you had to be a part of it
- What it’s doing for you or what it’s going to do for you
These are the 4 powerful elements you’ll want to include in your power story.
They don’t have to be long…it’s actually best if you keep it to the point and short and sweet.
Being vulnerable and specific is key to a powerful elevator pitch
People don’t really care about how successful you are or about any fancy bells and whistles, so it’s best to just be yourself and not try to impress anyone.
Because the more status you have or out of reach you appear to be…the less they’ll be able to relate to you.
The more vulnerable and specific you can be…the more POWERFUL your story will be.
